His extensive experience has given him deep insight into land investment, property transactions, and client relations. As Vice Chairman of MEFA, he plays a key role in providing leadership, strengthening strategic decision-making, and supporting the organization’s continued development and success
John Chege Nganga is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in overseeing complex building projects, including residential developments and, most recently, Airbnb properties. His experience in managing projects as the principal financial overseer has equipped him with valuable expertise in financial management, budgeting, project coordination, and resource stewardship. He is also an ordained Elder in his church, reflecting his commitment to leadership, integrity, and service. As Treasurer of MEFA, he provides prudent financial oversight and accountability, ensuring responsible management of the organization’s financial resources and investments.

His expertise includes leadership, strategic planning, governance, administration, and property investment. As a MEFALAND vice secretary, he serves as highly organized and efficient in supporting the organization’s growth, governance, and long-term vision.
